Introduction

Welcome to LaneLogic, a bowling scoring and analytics application operated by Yendra Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and web service (collectively, the "Service").

By using LaneLogic, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Service.

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

Account Information:

• Email address (required for account creation)
• Display name
• Profile information (optional)

Bowling Data:

• Game scores and statistics
• Bowling equipment information
• Bowling location information (alley names and addresses you manually enter)
• Practice session data
• Tournament and league information
• Baker game lineups and team data
• Shot-by-shot details

Optional Data:

• Ball speed (MPH) - manually entered
• Ball rotation (RPM) - manually entered
• Shot aim and result data
• GPS location data (only if you grant permission and enable location-based features)

• Device information (type, operating system, version)
• App usage statistics
• Performance data (crashes, errors)
• Network connectivity status

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect:

• Payment card information
• Social security numbers or government IDs
• Biometric data
• Health information
• Contact lists or phone numbers
• Photos or media from your device
• Background location tracking (we never track your location when the app is not in use)

1.4 Location Services (Optional)

Default: LaneLogic does not require location access. You can manually enter bowling alley names and addresses.

Optional: If you choose to enable location-based features (such as finding nearby bowling alleys), we will:

• Request your explicit permission through your device's system permission dialog
• Only access your GPS location when you actively use location features
• Never track your location in the background
• Allow you to revoke permission at any time through your device settings
• Only use location data to suggest nearby bowling centers

You are always in control. Location features are entirely optional and can be disabled at any time.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Core Service Functionality

• Create and maintain your user account
• Store and sync your bowling data across devices
• Calculate statistics and analytics
• Generate lineup recommendations
• Provide game history and filtering
• Enable offline access to your data

2.3 What We Do NOT Do

• Use your data for advertising or marketing
• Share your scores or statistics publicly without permission
• Send promotional emails (unless you opt in)

Google Firebase (Google LLC)

• Services: Authentication, Cloud Firestore database, cloud storage
• Data Shared: Email address, user ID, bowling data
• Location: United States

Payment Processors

• Apple App Store (iOS subscriptions)
• Google Play Store (Android subscriptions)
• Stripe (Web subscriptions)

Note: We do NOT receive your payment card details - these are processed directly by the payment provider.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

3.3 With Your Consent

We may share your information in other ways with your explicit consent, such as:

• Exporting your statistics to CSV
• Generating shareable images
• Sharing lineup recommendations with coaches

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Where We Store Data

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers located in the United States. Firebase is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and complies with GDPR requirements.

4.2 How We Protect Your Data

• Encryption in Transit: All data uses SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS)
• Encryption at Rest: Firebase encrypts all stored data
• Authentication: Secure token-based access
• Access Controls: Only you can access your data via your authenticated account

4.3 Data Retention

• Active Accounts: Data retained as long as account is active
• Deleted Accounts: Data permanently deleted within 30 days
• Backup Data: Deleted within 90 days of account deletion
• Subscription Records: Transaction records kept for 7 years for tax compliance

5. Your Privacy Rights

5.1 Access and Portability

You have the right to:

• Access all your personal data in the app
• Export your data to CSV format (Premium feature)
• Request a complete copy by emailing hello@lanelogic.net

5.2 Correction

You can edit your profile information and bowling data anytime in the app.

5.3 Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten")

You can:

• Delete individual games or equipment in the app
• Delete your entire account via Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Request deletion by emailing hello@lanelogic.net

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Children's Privacy

LaneLogic is intended for users of all ages. However, we do NOT knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

For users under 13: Parental consent required before creating an account.

For users under 16 (GDPR): Parental consent required in the EU.

Parents can request access, correction, or deletion of their child's data by emailing hello@lanelogic.net.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights:
