Account Deletion

LaneLogic allows you to delete your account and all associated data directly within the app.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open LaneLogic and sign in to your account
  2. Tap the More tab at the bottom of the screen
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Review the warning about what data will be deleted
  5. Enter your password (or re-authenticate with Google/Apple)
  6. Type DELETE to confirm
  7. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • All game history and practice sessions
  • Statistics, equipment, and saved locations
  • Social profile, followers, and following connections
  • Team memberships and program data

Important: If you have an active subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings before deleting your account.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request account deletion by emailing hello@lanelogic.net from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request as soon as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions > LaneLogic > Cancel Subscription.

Android: Open Google Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > LaneLogic > Cancel subscription.
How do I export my data?
Export is available on Premium and above. Go to History, tap any game, then tap the Export button in the top right corner. Choose your preferred format: CSV, PDF, or image.
Can I recover my data after deleting my account?
No. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting your game history before deleting your account.
How do I report a user?
Visit the user's profile and tap the flag icon to report inappropriate behavior. You can also email hello@lanelogic.net with details.
The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?
Try these steps: (1) Force-close and reopen the app, (2) Check your internet connection, (3) Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@lanelogic.net with a description of the problem and your device type.
