1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LaneLogic ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use LaneLogic. If you're under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LaneLogic is a bowling scoring and analytics application that provides:

• Score Tracking: Digital bowling score keeping with automatic calculation
• Analytics: Performance statistics, trends, and insights
• History: Game and series history with detailed breakdowns
• League Management: Support for league bowling and tournaments
• Multi-Platform Access: Web and mobile applications
• Cloud Sync: Synchronization across devices (requires account)

Service Availability

We strive to keep LaneLogic available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Temporarily suspend service for maintenance
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Limit certain features based on subscription tier

3. User Accounts

Account Types

LaneLogic offers two account types:

• Guest Mode: Local-only access without cloud features
• Registered Account: Full features with cloud synchronization

Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Email Verification

You must verify your email address to access certain features. Unverified accounts may have limited functionality.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of suspected security breaches

We will never ask for your password via email or phone.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You May Use LaneLogic To:

• Track your bowling scores and performance
• Analyze your bowling statistics
• Manage league and tournament data
• Share appropriate content with other users (when features allow)

You May Not:

• Violate Laws: Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Abuse the Service: Attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or overload our systems
• Misrepresent Identity: Impersonate others or provide false information
• Scrape or Bot: Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or derive source code
• Resell: Commercially exploit or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Harass Others: Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spam: Send unsolicited communications through the Service
• Share Accounts: Share your account credentials with others

5. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in LaneLogic, including:

• Game scores and statistics
• Player profiles and rosters
• Notes and annotations
• League and tournament data

License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Create backups and ensure data reliability
• Generate aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve the Service

This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content. We don't monitor user content, but we may remove content that violates these Terms.

Data Export

You can export your data at any time through the app's export features.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property

LaneLogic and all related materials are owned by Yendra Digital LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• The LaneLogic name, logo, and branding
• The software, code, and algorithms
• Design, graphics, and user interface
• Documentation and instructional materials

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LaneLogic for personal or internal business purposes. This license doesn't include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Service
• Remove proprietary notices or labels

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Subscription (When Available)

LaneLogic may offer premium subscriptions with enhanced features:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual)
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Price Changes: We'll notify you 30 days before any price changes
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Refund Policy

• No refunds for partial periods
• If we discontinue a paid feature, we'll provide prorated refunds or alternatives
• We may provide refunds at our discretion for technical issues

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We don't store your full payment information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier of LaneLogic provides core functionality with certain limitations:

• Feature restrictions compared to premium tiers
• Potential storage limits
• Limited historical data retention (if applicable)

We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

Your Rights

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for an extended period (90+ days for free accounts)
• We're required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service (with 30 days notice)

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• We'll delete your data according to our Privacy Policy
• You should export your data before termination
• Provisions that should survive (indemnification, disclaimers) remain in effect

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service "As Is"

LANELOGIC IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy or completeness
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service

Bowling Scores

While we strive for accuracy in score calculation, you're responsible for verifying scores for official use. LaneLogic is intended as a convenience tool, not an official scoring system.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YENDRA DIGITAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party conduct or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yendra Digital LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of others
• Your content

12. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, please contact us at hello@lanelogic.net to try to resolve the dispute informally.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes that can't be resolved informally will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except:

• You may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify
• Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually. You may not bring claims as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• For material changes, we'll notify you via email or prominent notice in the app at least 30 days in advance
• Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance
• If you don't agree to changes, you should stop using the Service

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yendra Digital LLC regarding LaneLogic.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale.

Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations.
